The Trust works in partnership with the Palmerston North City Council from whom it leases the building.

- Palmerston North Life Drawing Society (Every Tuesday evening except School Holidays)
- Rose City Porcelain Doll Club (Third Wednesday evening of month)

- Sing OngTai Chi (Monday & Wednesday evenings)
- Tai Chi (Friday mornings)
- Tai ji & Qiqong (Wednesday mornings)
- Terrace End Probus Club (Fourth Thursday morning of month)
- University of 3rd Age (First & Third Fridays , 2-4pm)
- Wanganui Rangitikei Antique and Bottle Collectors Club

In all nearly 100 user groups have rented rooms over the past year.
The Leisure Centre offers an Exhibition Hall and a series of meeting rooms available for regular and casual users at extremely competitive rentals during the hours of 8.00am to 10.00pm daily.
With this level of support, we rely on the co-operation of all Users to leave the space clean and tidy with all chairs sytacked facing the walls no more than 5 high and trestle tables stacked in the trollies provided
Users of the facilities have access to approximately 250 chairs and 30 trestle tables and there are facilities such as OHP, Screens, Video and large TV available for hire. A data projector has recently been installed in the Eileen Philp Room including a blu ray DVD player and can be booked by users of that room at the competitive rate of $50 per day. There has also been a sound system installed in the Eileen Philp Room with a wireless lapel mike or cordless hand mike.
Leisure Centre Bookings are very heavy and we have a number of bookings for regular users through to 2015 and even some bookings as far ahead as 2019! Bookings are madeon a first in basis. Complete the downloadable form Leisure Centre Contract 2011.xls(22.50 KB) Regular bookings are NOT automatically carried forward from year to year unless expressly booked so we recommend users to request bookings well in advance to avoid disappointment. First in first served.

Note if you do not receive a reply within 10 days confirming a booking request, please follow up as occasionally emails accidently end up in spam folders or get overlooked. To avoid errors we prefer bookings in writing or by email
The Leisure Centre Office (Telephone 06 357 6035) is not manned on a regular basis.

Note for Commercial bookings add 10%. There is a discount for regular users.
